Donations
Holiday Entertainment Center is proud to be a part of Texarkana and the surrounding area and is happy to help non-profit groups with their fundraising efforts through donations when possible. Because of the large anumber of requests we receive each day, we ask that you follow our guidelines and provide us with advance notice. Thank you for considering Holiday Entertainment Center when planning your event. Good luck with your fundraising activity!
Guidelines & Procedures
- Request must includ the following information on organization letterhead: Basic info about the charity/event, Contact name, address, phone and email. Date of event, copy of your organization 501(c)(3) letter
- Request must be received at least six weeks prior to the event.
- Please do not send duplicate requests
- Please send one request to: Holiday Entertainment Center, attn: donations, 3408 N State Line Ave, Texarkana, AR 71854
Other Information
- Most donation requests are filled with Holiday Entertainment Center Fun Cards
- We are unable to donate to for-profit companies, including employee appreication day/holiday events
- We are unable to make monetary donations
- We will notify the organization once their request has been filled as to how to receive it
- Limit two donation requests per twelve month calendar year
